ATHERTON WOLVERINES REUNITE in Jan. 2014

The “Lone Wolverine” is COMING BACK TO BURTON!!
January 3-29, 2014, at Courtland Center Mall, OUR STATE ANIMAL, and MICHIGAN’S LAST KNOWN WOLVERINE which lived in our state! Courtland Center Mall along with Michigan DNR, Burton Area Historical Society, John Walker, historian, Atherton Schools, GISD, For-Mar of Genesee County Parks & REC, Senator Smiley and local Colleges and Local Businesses are gearing up for this event!!!

175TH ALL SCHOOL ATHERTON REUNION

We are looking for community involvement while celebrating the 175th year Anniversary of Atherton Community Schools. Since the Atherton has been here so long we have all grown together as a school and as a community let’s celebrate together!
We are having the First Big “All School Class Reunion” at Atherton High School on Genesee Road, on Memorial Day weekend Sunday May 29th the “Open House” is noon to 6pm, so more people can attend with the busy Holiday schedules. We would like your help if possible; with food, donations, or door prizes, etc...
We want everybody to COME BY AND SAY HI!!!
This event will be bringing a lot of Atherton Alumni back to our community so let’s show them what they have missed like the foods and fun things Genesee County has to offer! There will be smaller group events through-out the rest of the summer with a big finale at the Homecoming football game 2011.
