Reaves Douglas III
Class of 1983
After Reaves graduated he joined the U.S. Navy. After leaving active duty in 1989 he joined the California Army National Guard where attained the rank of Staff Sergeant. Reaves separated from the military completely in 2003. In 1996 he joined the California Highway Patrol with whoom he continues to work for. As of March 2009 he transfered into a Narcotic Enforcement Unit where he does undercover drug work. He is currently being considered for the California Medal of Valor for rescuing a suicidal jumper from a bridge.
