About	Judi, 56, a graduate of Indiana University and the IU School of Law, was president of Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Central Indiana. She had worked 10 years for the organization, including president since 2000. Judi also was a member of the American, Indiana and Indianapolis bar associations; and the National Foundation of Consumer Credit. Survivors included sons Brian and Jeremy Popp; and brothers Alan and Elliott Lichtenberg.
