Ken Johnson was a shirt sleeve buddy and we were both trying to navigate the trouble and tests of high school. I asked him if he was going to a prom and he told me "heck no I can get my car painted with that money" . Surprised me but cest la guerre....... later I was up on the drag after a football game and Ken pulled over and asked me to join them. We were three in the front seat and the guy next to me was concerned the her might get sick. Ken yelled at him " if you puke on my car I will have you cleaing it because I just had this car painted" Big smile here as it was so very furnny.
