About	Gretchen Leigh (Vick) Jamieson, 35, of Punta Gorda, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012. She was born on May 14, 1977 in Meridian, Mississippi to Michael James and Laurie Ann Vick. She attended Charlotte High School, where she was a proud Future Farmers of America student. Married April 11, 1997 to her high school crush, she was a proud military spouse that resided in Jacksonville, FL; Washington, D.C.; Chesapeake, VA; and in Tampa, FL before settling back home in Punta Gorda. Tattooed and pierced, she was a dedicated animal lover who admired and collected mystical fairy figurines along with Boyd's Bears. She is survived by her husband James Alan Jamieson (Punta Gorda, FL), parents James Joseph and Laurie Ann Hughes (Punta Gorda, FL), and brother Frank and his wife Rebecca Vaerewyck (Norfolk, VA) as well as nephew Hunter Michael and niece Ashley Lynn. She was preceded in death by her son, James Alan Jamieson Jr., and her father Michael James Vick. "My heart is satisfied with its conclusion: There is no sweeter love than yours!"
