About	Martin was diagnosed with Primary Pulmonary Hypertension in 2006. The disease ravaged his lungs and heart. He had a double lung/heart transplant on May 31, 2012, giving him three extra years with family and friends. He loved life and knew he was on borrowed time, choosing to live each day to its fullest. We miss you more than you will ever know!
