One summer evening I walked Norma Jean Gullet from the Teen Canteen to where she lived in a mobile home behind Walt Parmers house. I wanted to kiss her good night. However, I was too shy. A second time I walked her home,but was still to shy to kiss her goodnight. The third time I walked Norma Jean home she threw her arms around me and kissed me goodnight. She said she wasn't going to school Monday morning and tell the girls that she didn't get kissed. Norma Jean and I had no more trouble with sharing kisses from then on. (Fond memories)
