FHS is raising funds through a "Furniture for the Commns" initiative. The school is seeking to purchase seating arrangements that include pub tables and chairs and casual tables and chairs. These will all be place in the Commons area of the school to create conversational areas for students to study, eat lunch, compare notes, and generally, just "rap" with each other.
Anyone can donate by credit card through the Invest Now link located on the FHS website. Just choose the "unrestricted funds" button and note that the donation is for furniture. Contact Gini Langham at gini@comcast.net for more information.

Class of 2013 Project Graduation
Will you support the FHS Class of 2013? Project Graduation is an all-night celebration held at the high school on commencement night for the newly graduated seniors. It began in 2006 as a way to alleviate the need for individual parties held on a night when underage drinking and driving is prevalent. Organized and manned by FHS parents, Project Graduation has become the place for the new alumni to be on graduation night, proven by the nearly 100% participation each year. The event’s success is due, in large part, to the support of the community in providing prizes and donations. If you or your company can help by becoming a sponsor, we’d love to hear from you!
