About	Relatives said Mr. Howard was extremely proud to have served his country as a naval reservist, as well as in Iraq for the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife, Jamie (Skoryanc); daughter Katherine; parents, Walter and CarolynHoward; siblings, Pamela (Aaron) Malone and Lisa (Thomas) Szarka; sister-in-law, Barbara Brown and many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. He was predeceased by his brother Randy Brown.
