About	Richard C. “Rick” Gragido age 59 of Valparaiso formerly of Griffith and Crown Point passed away on Sunday October 16, 2016. He is survived by his wife of 40 years: Lu; children: Ricky (Martha) Gragido, Jeff (Jennifer) Gragido, Dan (Melissa) Gragido; grandchildren: Bailey and Cody, Eli, Braden, Addison and Gavin, Garrett and Jeremy, Jesse; great-grandson: Zander Parents: Richard and Patricia Gragido; siblings: Gerri (John) Miles, Becky (Tom) Darnell, Ken (Donna)Gragido, Kristy (Joe) Demeter, Brett (Sarah) Gragido; brother-in-law: Sonny York; mother-in-law: Roberta Loomis. Preceded in death by his sister Beth York. Funeral services will be held on Friday October 21, 2016 at 7:00 pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Avenue Griffith. Cremation will follow. Friends may meet with the family on Friday October 21, 2016 from 3-7:00 pm at White Funeral Home. Rick graduated from Griffith High School Class of 1976. He was a self employed carpenter, formerly working at P& L Builders. Rick enjoyed bowling, boating, and working on car
