About	Jay Powers (1/29/1950 - 8/1/1970) Final rites have been set for Jay R. Powers, 20, who died Saturday at a local hospital from injuries incurred in an auto accident here. Powers, a lifetime resident of Vancouver, lived at 3200 NE 62nd Ave. was born here January 29, 1950. He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Survivors are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James J. Powers at home; brothers, E. James Powers of Vancouver and Michael C. Powers of Portland; and his grandmother, Mrs. Adele Aschi of Portland.
