Jim has had had a tremendous career in the music business which he started at Lakeview High School in 1976. Mr. Coon, the choir instructor played a great roll in my success. I followed his advice to the letter and it led me to a career that put me on stage with some of the greatest legends of music. I am forever grateful. My career has taken me from New York to LA and back again several times. The ethics of Lakeview High faculty at that time were beyond reproach. Those of you who are still on this earth today, I salute you! I've had the privilege of performing many styles of music from country to blues to rock to jazz, and the list goes on and on. 2012 is the year I am to retire and enjoy life's blessing and give back to those who helped me get there. Today I am an award winning producer, musician, and arranger. One can hear the music I played a part in all over the world. I am very humbled and proud of the accomplishments I've achieved because of my education at Lakeview High.
