2014 ProGrad Event

On behalf of Elkins High School Project Graduation Committee, we are contacting you regarding a donation. We are looking for many different forms of donations. Assistance from you in the way of a monetary contribution to help purchase food, games and prizes for this fun, supervised, drug and alcohol-free celebration of their high school graduation with their peers will be greatly appreciated. Auction items which can be used for our silent and live auction during our upcoming Style Show are in great demand. Lastly, service donations which could be used as silent and live auction items or prizes at Project Graduation event to be held the night of graduation as welcome.

Elkins High School Project Graduation is a special event recognizing graduating seniors and marking their transition into the college and career years. This secure, all-night event is filled with food, interactive games, prizes, sports activities, special entertainment, and lots of fun with their classmates.

Parent volunteers and students raise funds throughout the school year to cover the expense of the event. In the spring, we will host a dinner and Prom-wear style show along with a silent and live auction. Any contribution to this event will also be greatly appreciated and recognized during the evening, not only through verbal recognition, but also in our program and through patronage by our families.
