About	Harold L Gordon Died in WALSTONBURG, NC on April 23, 2011 at the age of 64. Harold "Hal" Gordon was born Sept. 11, 1946 and grew up in the Chicago, Illinois area. He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Leona Olson Gordon. He attended Lindbloom High School and University of Illlinois, Champaign. He is survived by his daughter, Barbara Ciavarella and husband, Dana and their children and by his sister, Elizabeth (Liz) Gordon of Arlington Heights, Ill. Hal was a Navy veteran and worked construction before hiring on with the U.S. Postal Service. He retired in 2009 with 29 years of service. Hal was a member and past Master of the Farmville Masonic Lodge #517 AF and AM. He was a member of American Legion Post 15, was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 31 Greenville, North Carolina and a life member of Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 272 Greenville, North Carolina. Services were held in Farmville, N.C.
