About	Lambert, Raeann July 29, 2004RaeAnn Lambert, age 55, who resided in Palm Harbor, FL, died at her residence Friday, July 23, 2004. She was born July 15, 1949, in New Castle, IN, to Robert and Merri Christine Day Blevins. A registered nurse, she was the Stroke Outcome Patient Coordinator and an Emergency Room Nurse at Morton Plant Hospital. She was an active member of the Emergency Nurses Association and a Certified Legal Medical Consultant. Survivors include her husband, Paul Lambert of Palm Harbor, FL; one son, Daniel Schwendeman, Oswego, IL, and one daughter, Amy Myers, Crystal Lake, IL; two grandchildren, Alexander and Christopher Lewandowski; her father and stepmother, Robert and Martha Blevins, Winter Haven, FL; two stepsisters, Linda Butler, Fairborn, OH, and Brenda Stover, Richmond, IN; one stepbrother, Gary Pentecost, Fort Wayne, IN; two sisters, Bobbie Rickman, Paris, TN and Melody Blevins, Charleston, SC; one nephew, Clayton Rickman. She was preceded in death by her mother. A short prayer service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, July 31, 2004, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, followed by Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 815 West Main St., Richmond, with Father Todd Riebe officiating. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
