About	Jerome Andrew Pope, 43, passed away suddenly Sunday, Oct. 12, 2008. Jerome graduated from Tennessee Tech University in 1987, earning a bachelor's degree in accounting, most recently working in Knoxville as a CPA and financial advisor. He is survived by his children, Andy and Macy Pope; his wife, Melissa H. Pope; the mother of his children, Julieanne Pope, all of Knoxville; his parents, James and JoAnn Pope of Loudon; his brother and sister in-law, John and Jill Pope; his nieces, Johnna and Morgan Pope, all of Loudon; his aunts and uncles, Hollis and Patsy Pope, Raymond and Phillis Reel, John and Melba Hargis, all of Pikeville, Hallie Pope of Dunlap and Dot Reed of Dayton; by several cousins; and by his step-children, Ashton and Sawyer Henderson of Knoxville. Funeral service were held at the First Baptist Church, Loudon, with Mr. James Thomason and the Rev. Mark Lampley officiating. Contributions in memory of Mr. Pope may be made to the Loudon County 4H Club, 100 River Road, Loudon, TN 37774 or to Boys and Girls Clubs of the TN Valley, 220 Carrick Street, Suite 318, Knoxville, TN 37921. The family met at McGill Karnes Funeral Home and proceeded to the Loudon County Memorial Gardens for an interment service. The family received friends prior to the service at First Baptist Church, Loudon.
