About	Miss. Hartley was born on July 1, 1970 in Sanford, ME. She was the daughter of James Hartley and Candace Bodwell Letourneau. She graduated from the Massabesic High School in 1988 with honors. For some time Miss. Hartley worked at the Twin Ridge apple orchards of Acton, as well as other area markets and nurseries. She was very in tune with nature and enjoyed gardening, and the outdoors. She also enjoyed playing guitar and listening to her favorite musicians.
