About	Doris E. Dobbe, 85, of rural Rock Falls died at home on Nov. 20, 2008. Born March 19, 1923, Doris was the daughter of Ernest and Agnes (Ranney) Wilsey. She was born and raised in Menomonie. She attended Menomonie schools and graduated from high school in 1941. After high school, Doris worked at Presto Industries, Shed and Brown, and later at the Pillsbury Company in Minneapolis. Doris married George Dobbe Aug. 10, 1968, at the Hennepin United Methodist Church in Minneapolis. After marriage, they lived in Minneapolis. Due to ill health, she moved to rural Rock Falls to live with her sister and family, where she remained the rest of her life. Doris enjoyed singing in the Pillsbury Choir, playing cards, especially “Old Maid,” and dancing. She will be sadly missed by family and friends. Doris is survived by her husband, George; one sister, Beatrice Rinholen of Rock Falls; one brother, Orvil (Dorothy) Wilsey of Altoona; one sister-in-law, Edna Wilsey of Menomonie; many nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends
