My name is Lily Kawaguchi, and I would like to formally nominate my Husband, Lance T. Kawaguchi for your Mililiani High School Hall of Fame. To this end, please find enclosed the following supporting details for his nomination. Pursuant to your direction, I have also enclosed the 'supporting documentation'.
1/ Background:
* Graduate of the Class of 1993
* Lance has a wealth of experience with more than 13+ years in banking, with industry recognition by multiple Associations (and most recently awarded 'Banker of the Year' in 2007.
* Lance has been with Citigroup for the past 4 years, and previously held Senior Management roles at Wells Fargo Company, Deutsche Bank AG, and Credit Suisse (in New York, Chicago, and Houston).
2/ Overview:
* Lance is currently working at Citigroup as a Director, Global Energy Manager, and is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
* Lance manages a Team 'globally' that covers all the Oil & Gas companies. In this role, Lance is responsible and focused on driving new revenues with the NOC sector (National Oil Companies) in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Algeria, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, etc.
* Lance is a frequently published in Periodicals, and most recently authored two (2) articles in "Global Finance" magazine in 2008 (June & September editions).
