About	Bill Hall, 80, a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2007. Memorial service is 2 p.m. Monday, July 30, at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Carol Woods officiating. Bill Hall was born in Oran, Texas, to Gene and Lavelle Hall. He graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts and master’s degrees in Education. Bill Hall was an educator for over 30 years. He was superintendent of Mineral Wells schools for 12 years. He was a lifetime member of the United Methodist church where he taught Sunday School and served on several committees. Bill Hall was a lifetime Rotarian. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Johnowene Hall; daughters, Rebecca Wilbanks and husband, Dale, of Ennis, Texas; Addilena Little and husband, Thomas, of Weatherford, Texas, and Martha Elms and husband, Jim Ed, of Wichita Falls, Texas; 12 grandchildren, Bryan Thomas Little, Patricia Anne Wiedebusch, Tim Elms, John Elms, Elizabeth Wilbanks, Chris Wilbanks, Jerry Wilbanks, Trey Wilbanks, Jacob Wilbanks, Marisol Wilbanks, Rebecca Wilbanks and Hannah Wilbanks; eight great-grandchildren, Austin Wiedebusch, Kyndel Wiedebusch, Macie Little, Bradley Little, Kyler Elms, Kristin Elms, Jessica Elms and Colton Elms; and nieces and nephews
