About	I can't remember the exact day & year. I do know it was after our Mother died and it was in early December. When I looked up how long ago Mother died I couldn't believe how long it had been. So I would hate to venture a guess for Ross. Ross died suddenly of a massive heart attack. Ross had two adult sons, Wesley and Walter. Ross taught microbiology at OU for several years until something underhanded happened to him and he left and moved to South Carolina to teach. He stayed there for several more years, then moved to Burlington, Iowa. He taught there and was very well liked, until his death. Ross wrote two books that are in the OU library. My Daddy told me that you have to have a masters or doctor's degree to understand what he wrote. I told Ross one day that he was a genius. He said, "No, I'm not." I said, "Yes, you are, but you don't have a bit of common sense." His son, Wesley was outside with us, and all three of us just cracked up laughing. Because we knew it was true. Just because you're smart, doesn't mean you always think.
