About	Frank Paul Ifkovits, 64, of Bowie, Md., formerly of Northampton, died June 25, 2002 in his home after a lengthy battle with Shy-Drager syndrome and Parkinson's disease. He was predeceased by his wife of 43 years, Theresa M. Ifkovits, who died December 24, 2001. Born in Allentown, he graduated from Northampton High School in 1955. He graduated from Muhlenberg College in 1961 and received a master's degree from Temple University in 1966. He had been the Business Manager of Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring MD for 27 years before retiring in January 2000. He had been a parishioner at Ascension Catholic Church since 1998 and a 29-year member of Sacred Heart. He enjoyed golfing, baseball, traveling, working in the yard and collecting beer cans. He coached in the Bowie Boys and Girls Club, was a member of the Bowie Jaycees and played in the Interfaith Softball League for Sacred Heart. He was a baseball and soccer booster at DeMatha Catholic High School. Survivors: Daughters, Lisa Chesnick (Mark) and Jill Kries (Darryl), both of Bowie, Jana Rizzo (Paul) of Columbia, Md.; brothers, Edward of Anderson, S.C., Richard of St. Joseph, Mich.; sister, Theresa Girardi of Bethlehem; four grandchildren; nieces, nephews.
