AuSable Canoe Marathon

Come cheer on KARI WAINWRIGHT (OHS Class of 1987) as she paddles the grueling 120 mile, 14 - 19 hour Weyerhaeuser AuSable River Canoe Marathon. Race begins in Grayling, MI at 9 p.m. Saturday, July 25, 2009 and ends in Oscoda, MI on Sunday afternoon. There are many places along the river to view this spectacular event of stamina all night or Sunday morning. For more information, visit www.ausablecanoemarathon.org.
