About Me	Born and raised in Mexico City. Attended high school on Vancouver Island, BC. Returned to Mexico where I attended University of the Americas under a full ride scholarship from Mexicana de Aviacion. Married & moved to Bellingham, WA. Got my BA then moved to Corvallis, OR where my husband completed his Wildlife Degree. Spent a short time in Sacramento until he got his dream job in fisheries in Port Orford, OR. Years later we moved to Coos Bay, OR. We eventually split up and I moved to Portland, OR. Along the way I completed my graduate work at U of O in Eugene. In 1988 I moved to Colorado Springs. In 2011, when I "semi-retired" from telecom, I realized my SS check would not cover my expenses, I sold my home and I moved back to Mexico (San Miguel de Allende). I love SMA but I feel I left my soul in Colorado. I so miss being able to take my dogs out into the beautiful, clean, wide open spaces and see the abundance of wildlife.
