About Me	I love God. I love my country. I love my family. And I enjoy time together with my friends. I've worked hard for everything I have since the age of 10. I've never relied on the Government for any of it. So go get your own. This is mine. After high school I pursued my calling into the ministry by attending Bible School in Waxahatchie Tx. I made it a whole 2 1/2 years over a 4 year period. I remember acquiring enough credit hours to rank as a 1st semester sophomore. Imagine my surprise a few years ago when I requested a copy of my transcript and they listed me as a 1st semester junior. I was blessed to be involved in a wide variety of ministries (childrens, youth, street, prison, senior adult, men's, and pulpit). In '84' I enlisted in the Marines where I served for 9 years and traveled to over 15 countries; many of them 2 or more times. After getting out in '93' I moved to southeast Kansas. It was in '96' that I met my current wife, Laverne. We were married in August '97'. She has been such a Godsend in my life in that while we were dating I got my life back in line with God, having fallen away from God and gone through a failed marriage. Shortly after marrying Laverne I acquired my CDL a became an over the road truck driver. Between that and instructing at truck driving schools I've.
