Toni was born November 28, 1970 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Norman and Grayce Balch. Surviving are her husband, Sam Chee; her children, Emily, Ella, Conner, Nick, Gage, and Stevie; her mother, Grayce Balch; her brothers and sisters, Pete Lowery, Tom Lowery, Wendy Fackler, Luanne Lowery, Kelly Vinson, Scott Lowery, Todd Lowery (Balch), Jim Balch, Dorothy Balch, Terri Balch Ann Balch and Norman Balch; a niece, Randi Ullrey; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Toni was preceded in death by her father, Norman Balch; and a brother, David Lowery. A Memorial Service to celebrate Toni's life will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, August 28, 2010 at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E.
