Ryan is survived by his mother, Judy Phillips of Patoka; father, Nolan Phillips of Hazleton; maternal grandmother, Ruby Resler of Francisco; 2 brothers, Steven Phillips of Princeton and Tony Phillips of Patoka; half sister, Manda Carey of IL; and several aunts, uncles & cousins.
