About	Published: 04/26/2005 Thomas Wayne Rich II (April 26, 2005) Thomas Wayne Rich II of Madisonville, passed away at 5:48 p.m., Tuesday, April 26, at UT Medical Center. He was a 2004 graduate of Sequoyah High School, where he served as captain of the Boat Race Team during his senior year. Following high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and was discharged from boot camp, due to an injury. He attended River of Life Ministries in Tellico Plains and was employed at the Tellico Harbor Marina. He had enrolled for the fall semester of NASCAR Technical Institute in North Carolina. Survivors include: parents-Tom and Jeannie Rich; Sister-Michele Rich of Madisonville; Aunt-Michele Jett of Palm Bay, Fla.; Uncles-Bill Rich of Seymour; Cal Rich of Madison, Wis.; Dave Rich of Moore, Okla.; Several great aunts, great uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be 8 p.m., Friday, in Biereley-Hale Chapel, with Pastor Mickey Payne officiating. Family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m., Friday.
