About ROBERT E. FORGY, JR. born August 28, 1964 in Tyler, Texas to Robert, Sr. and Shirley Forgy, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2008. A beloved husband, father, son, and sibling, Robert was loved by all who knew him. A dedicated hard worker, he was quick to get the job done, and even quicker to bring a smile to your face. His passion for his family, his skating, and his music left an unforgettable impression on us all and he will truly be missed.

He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Franchelle; sons, Robert Charles, John Stephen, and Christopher Vincent; daughter, Samantha Nicole; mother, Shirley Warren Forgy; father, Robert E. Forgy, Sr., stepmother, Corliss Forgy; mother-in-law, Jo Francis Storenski; father-in-law, Johnny Storenski; brothers, Stephen Forgy and Larry Brewer; sisters, Casey Ratliff, Brooke Forgy, Jennifer Williams, G. Carter; sister-in-law, Johnelle Ybarra; brother-in-law, Alex Ybarra; nieces, Vanessa Lewman, Sheridan Forgy, Annabelle Ratliff, Lily Ratliff and Lexi Ybarra; nephews, Michael Maxwell, Brice Forgy, Nicholas Ybarra, and Dominic Ybarra.

A Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 18, 2008 at Earthman Downtown, 2420 Fannin Street, Houston, Texas. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 19, 2008 at Annunciation Catholic Church, 1618 Texas Avenue. The Rite of Committal will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Stephen Forgy, David Siler, Brian Burson, Ciro Lampasas, Tony Lampasas, Vincent "Punchy Jr." Lampasas, Lee Mankins, George Restivo, Mark Smith, Jeff Matherly, Johnny C. Carrabba. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Barnes and Jeff Wegner.
