Bill was the director of marketing for the Bridgewater Group, the world's largest hedge fund. He brought their business from $10 billion to $160 billion. He left Bridgewater in 2008 to found his own investment company. Bill was a tireless philanthropist, who gave to the Wounded Warriors Fund, schools, educational foundations, and countless other charities. He encouraged all to perform acts of simple human kindness and lived by the motto, "Be kind." Bill died April 30, 2013 of pancreatic cancer. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness and giving. He will be sadly missed.
