About	John T. "Buck" Faber, 65, of Dixon, died Monday, Dec. 3, 2007, at his home.<br> He was employed by Allied-Locke Industries, Dixon, as a purchasing and costing manager in the industrial chain division for 47 years. John was born Feb. 2, 1942, in DeKalb, the son of Henry and Caroline (Brummel) Faber. He married Karin Hansen on April 4, 1964, in St. Charles. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Karin Kristin (Joseph) Bajko, of Dixon; a son, Joel Kevin Faber, of Waterman; a sister, Vera (Pete) McGiffert, of Vallejo, Calif.; a brother, Raymond (Wendy) Faber, of Elgin; and a granddaughter, McKenna Karin Faber, of Waterman. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Rose Faber and Peg Lencioni; and a brother, Ed Faber. There are no services. Cremation rites will be accorded. Arrangements were completed by McDonald Funeral Homes. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to REGAP of Illinois, 4107 E. Third Road, Mendota, IL 61342.
