About	Jesse was born in Texas City in September 1947. He graduated from Texas City High School in May 1968. Jesse retired from Dow Chemical after 26 years of employment. Prior to that, he worked for more than 20 years at the Texas City Sun. Jesse's love for Texas City is well known as he served on many boards including being a Charter Member of the Board of Directors for the Texas City Museum and on the Texas City Heritage Association. He published "Wish Me A Rainbow" in 2002, a pictorial book of the beautiful everyday scenes of Texas City. Burial was at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Dickinson, Texas.
