About	Sheri Bedell Obituary Bedell, Sheri Diane Childers Was born in Dallas, Texas, on June 15, 1954, and died on August 21, 2009. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1972. During high school she began working for Eckerds Drugs as a sales clerk and lab technician. She used this employment to put her self through the University of Texas Pharmacy School at Austin, graduating in 1979. Sheri continued with Eckerds as a pharmacist for a total of 26 years. She then continued her pharmacy work with specialized compounding pharmacies. She was a member of and served as an officer in the Texas Pharmaceutical Association. Sheri is survived by her husband Robert Bedell; father and step-mother John and Bobbi Childers; mother and step-father Dolores and Harold Darnell; sister Vickie Askew; and brother Randy Childers. Besides her occupation as a pharmacist Sheri's passion was animals and antiques. She loved her cats, and she loved her collectibles and the antiques community. A memorial service will be held in her honor at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 11425 Marsh Lane (just south of Forest Lane) at 11:00am on Wednesday, August 26th. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her favorite charities, KITTICO CAT RESCUE and the SPCA, or a charity of your choice. We would like to thank family and friend for their sincere support and love during a difficult time. We pray that Sheri is at peace and free of pain. We will miss her.
