I remember in the 7th grade, I borrowed a red velvet skirt from Lavonne Sanders. Lavonne had that cute figure and I was so small!
I had to wrap her skirt around me
twice with a safety pin holding it together. It was a beautiful skirt and I felt like it weighed as much as I!! Lavonne had the cutest figure in school and I was a bean pole! More stories to come later.
