About	CAMERON, JAMES R. Age 66, passed away at his home in Powder Springs, Georgia on Tuesday, September 22, 2020. James was born April 30, 1954 to parents Richard and Betty Cameron. James graduated from Vandercook Lake High School and attended Jackson Community College. James married Teresa Bycraft on July 15, 1973. He is survived by his two sons, Joel (Sherry) Cameron of Marietta, Georgia and Bradley (Nicole) Cameron of Roswell, Georgia, his four beautiful grandchildren, Brady, Kayla, Grayson and Madeline, his two brothers, Richard Stasiak of Jackson and Milo (Wendy) Stasiak of Jackson, his sister, Janet Cameron-Sluis of Jackson, his aunt, Catherine Simons, his nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Betty Cameron, his wife, Teresa, his uncle, Gordon Simons, aunt and uncle, Don and Virginia McLaughlin and his brother-in-law, Arnold Sluis. James moved to Tampa, Florida in 1980. He was employed as an apartment complex maintenance manager. He moved to Marietta, Georgia in 2012. James retired in 2014. He spent the next few years remodeling a home he bought in Powder Springs, Georgia. James could build, repair or redesign just about anything. He loved music and camping. The family will be conducting a private ceremony in Powder Springs, Georgia. Published in Jackson Citizen Patriot from Sep. 29 to Oct. 1, 2020.
