About	Mrs. Mary Ellen Roark age 62 of Tazewell, TN passed away on May 9, 2017 at the Claiborne Medical Center. Mary was born July 1, 1954 in Adrian, MI to Harold Schweikert and Lila Trumble who preceded her in death. Mary was a member of Pump Springs Baptist Church where she volunteered in The Well Bookstore. She was a medical transcriptionist in Searcy, AR for several years. Mary enjoyed knitting, ceramics, quilt making and she enjoyed sharing her talent with others. She is survived by her husband, Bob Roark of Tazewell, TN; four sisters Pam Underwood of Jackson, MI; Marcia (Delbert) Pond of Jackson MI; Linda Hawes of Battlecreek, MI; and Cheryl Baldwin of CA; two step-sons Matthew Roark of Atlanta, GA; Todd Roark of Ferndale, MI; brother-in-law Steve (Rhonda) Roark of Tazewell, TN; sister-in-law Jean Roark of Middlesboro, KY Several nieces, nephews and a host of other loving relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 11, 2017 from 5PM until 7PM with funeral services to follow at 7PM in the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Scott Cannon officiating. Burial will be conducted at a later date in the Cave Springs Cemetery.
