Ms. Kramer was born on November 7, 1946, in Columbus, IN, the daughter of Thomas R. and D. Eloise Henderson. She graduated from West Lafayette High School, West Lafayette, IN in 1965. Ms. Kramer studied nursing at Ball State University, Muncie, IN and IUPUI, Indianapolis, IN. She married in 1968 and had her only child, Jennifer, in 1969. After moving to Texas as a single mother in 1978, she worked in the medical field for over 18 years. Ms. Kramer was kind and generous and possessed a keen sense of humor and quick wit that entertained those around her. She most recently resided in Katy, TX and was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church. She loved to garden, travel and actively participated in the lives of her three grandchildren.
