Larry Hunter,poet, playwright and author of two books, "My Reflections" and "The Whispering Call" that captures his travel through six countries by road along the coast of West Africa. As a playwright, Larry has staged over twenty plays through out Texas various Venues in Houston, Texas. Later, Larry founded a non-profit organization, Colourwhirl Inc. Youth that encouraged young students to the magic of poetry, creative writing and theater in HISD ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS. Some of his major plays are "The Elder Comes To Town, "The Rawley Street Whistler," "Juke Box," "Passing Times," "My Sister's Keeper," and over 100 children plays.
