His family lived a military life until retiring near extended family in Texas. Dominick graduated from Wichita Falls High School, completed undergraduate work at Texas Christian University, and then earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University. Dominick became a prominent lawyer in Denton opening the Marsala Law Firm in 2007. He was passionate and dedicated to his work providing legal defense. Dominick worked hard and played hard. He was a spectator of sports, concert goer, and loved many dogs over the years. He was a generous soul donating time and money to county programs for abused women and supporting higher education through scholarships and assistance.
