About	Brad Dean Carlson, 59, peacefully passed away Monday June 10, 2013 at Knapp Haven Nursing Home in Chetek. He was born November 5, 1953 in Harvey, Illinois, the son of Robert E. and Janet L. (Dunham) Carlson. He graduated from Willowbrook High School in 1971, Villa Park, Illinois. Attended U.W. Stout 1982-1983. After moving to Chetek, Brad was a semi-truck driver for most of his career, not only self-employed but also employed by various companies. He was the former owner/operator of the White Birch Restaurant and assisted in the operations of Red Lodge Resort in Chetek for many years. Brad loved to travel, hunt, fish, listen to country music and ride his Harley. Brad is survived by his Mother Janet Carlson of Chetek; Sister, Beth (Robert) Unbehaun of Chetek; Brother, Kevin (Mary Jo) Carlson of Chetek; Aunt, Sandra (Charles) Hamm of Dallas, TX, also survived by one niece, nephews and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 A.M., Thursday, June 13, 2013 at Chetek United Methodist Church, 300 Stout St. Pastor Carrie Hamm officiating.
