Do you know who this is?

We found a painting of a EL Potters Football player from 1976 by Foster Fran Chambers. The painting is of a young man wearing the Number one the Uniform is White shirt and blue pants. We would love to post a picture. I will continue looking on your site to see if I can do that. We own a custom frame shop and it was in the inventory of the shop when we got it. Our gut feeling is this is of someone's son or of their father that was done for a gift and never picked up. We would love to find out more about it. Lisa Bragg 478-397-8398

WEAR YOUR CLASS YEAR PROUDLY

The United Way of Southern Columbiana County is offering high quality pin-on numerals free with a minimum $10 United Way donation made between March 15 and July 4, 2010. The numerals are solid copper with a highly polished gold plated mirrored finish. They are the ideal size for your cap, shirt collar, or purse.

You may send your donation in advance, indicating your class year, and your pins will be available for pick up at the United Way office located at 527 Market Street, on the diamond, beginning June 15 and through the reunion. Numerals will be available with donations made during the reunion on a first come, first served basis.

This is a great way to show your Potter Pride and help the United Way charitable agencies in your home town. Donations may be sent to United Way, P.O. Box 646, East Liverpool, OH 43920. If you have any questions you may send your request to unitedway1@att.net or call the office at 330-385-2082.
