Kyle Arrington is an accomplished American football player, best known for his role as a cornerback in the National Football League (NFL). Born on August 12, 1986, in Accokeek, Maryland, Arrington's passion for the sport began at a young age. He attended Gwynn Park High School in Brandywine, Maryland, where he played not only football as a defensive back and kick returner but also basketball and track and field.

Following his high school years, Arrington was enrolled at Hofstra University. Despite playing in only seven games as a freshman, he made his presence felt with three recorded tackles. His sophomore year saw him start seven of the ten games, picking up 21 tackles and one forced fumble. Then, in both 2006 and 2007, Arrington played in 11 games, recording 69 and 53 tackles respectively, and with an interception each year. Arrington's college career stands out as he is among the last football players from Hofstra to make it to the NFL.

Arrington's professional career kick started in 2008 when he was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Philadelphia Eagles. Over the years, he was a part of teams like Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New England Patriots, and Baltimore Ravens. His tenure with the Patriots was notably successful, as it saw him become the NFL Interceptions co-leader in 2011 and a Super Bowl champion (XLIX).

Throughout his career, Arrington made his mark with impressive statistics like 380 total tackles, 3.0 sacks, 6 forced fumbles, 3 fumble recoveries, 9 interceptions, and 4 defensive touchdowns.
