Nakia Griffin-Stewart, born on November 12, 1996, in Tenafly, New Jersey, is a talented American football player known for his position as a tight end. A proud graduate of Tenafly High School, Griffin-Stewart showcased his athletic prowess early, playing a variety of positions including tight end, outside linebacker, defensive end, receiver, slot, and safety.

He went on to play college football for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights from 2015 to 2018, and later, in 2019, for the Pitt Panthers. Notably, Nakia added the name Stewart to his last name in 2015 at the beginning of his college football career in honor of his step-father.

Despite being undrafted in 2020, Griffin-Stewart's professional career began when he was signed on by the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent. Unfortunately, he was waived by the team during final roster cuts that year. His journey in the NFL continued with brief stints in the Green Bay Packers, the New York Giants, and the Kansas City Chiefs. His tenure with the Chiefs led to his first active roster spot, and he made his NFL debut in a Week 16 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Griffin-Stewart continued to work hard and persevere, subsequently signing with the Cleveland Browns and later the Indianapolis Colts in 2022. He remains a free agent, demonstrating his dedication to his sport and commitment to his career.
