Country music singer Dan Easton Corbin, known more commonly as Easton Corbin, was born on April 12, 1982, and hails from Trenton, Florida. Corbin's music journey began at age 14, when he took guitar lessons and joined a band, which won opportunities to open for various music festivals and artists. He later pursued an agribusiness degree from the University of Florida's College of Agricultural and Life Sciences.

In 2005, Corbin's music career kickstarted when he entered a contest at First Street Music in Lake City, Florida, for the Annual Suwannee River Jam. Recognizing his talent, former store owner Andy Temple introduced him to songwriter Reese Wilson. This led to Corbin recording a six-track demo CD, marking the beginning of his professional music career.

Corbin's breakthrough came in 2009 when Joe Fisher, senior director of A&R at Universal Music Group Nashville, signed him to the Mercury Nashville label. His debut single, "A Little More Country Than That", quickly gained popularity and was a stepping stone to his self-titled debut album release in March 2010. The album was a hit and registered the highest first-week sales for the Mercury Nashville label in seven years.

In his musical journey, Corbin has achieved significant milestones, including two number-one hits, "A Little More Country Than That" and "Roll with It". His song "Are You with Me" found international acclaim in a remix version released by Belgian DJ and record producer, Lost Frequencies. As of 2021, he had sold over 500,000 albums and over 5 million singles.
