About Me	I attended SIU-E while on a cooperative education program with Alton Box Board. After graduation, I worked in the paper industry in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. I moved to Surfside Beach in 1978 and entered the real estate profession where I have worked continuously since then, priimarily in the management of planned residential communities. During the past five years, I have concentrated on teaching real estate and on developing and updating courses used in SC and several other states. I am the single parent of two children. My daughter, Amanda, is a neuroscience graduate of the College of Charleston and is working in neuroscience research at Wake Forest University.
