About	Buried in Evergreen Cemetery Jacksonville, Fl. Arthur Franklin Fitzpatrick, age 70 passed on July 8, 2020 at home in Tallahassee, Florida. Frank was a member of the Air Force Reserve for 23 years and worked for Firestone for many years of his life. He was a loving husband and father, but also a great friend to anyone he met. He was the light that shined in any room and could make anyone laugh with a single joke. He was a giver and ensured that he spent his life bringing inspiration to others. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Elsie Fitzpatrick. His daughter Kasi, his sister Pamela Anders, and nephew James Skinner. A graveside service will be held 10 AM Friday July 17, 2020 in Evergreen Cemetery 4535 Main Street Jacksonville, Florida 32206 (904) 353-3649.
