About	Michael Lee Harmon Sr., born September 9, 1937 in Maryville, MO, died March 27, 2007 in Middleborough, MA. He is survived by his wife, Arlene; his sons Michael Jr and Dennis; his daughter Cindy: a son in law Bill; two granddaughters Tristyn and Lyndsay; one brother and many cousins. He retired from the US Navy in 1975 after twenty years service, after which he worked at Winter Harbor Naval Base. He resided in Hancock for 30 years, near his wife's family, with whom he was very close. After the birth of his granddaughters, he and Arlene moved to Massachusetts to be near them. Michael was an active member of the Franklin Veterans Club and belonged to a number of other organizations. Michael's death was unexpected and he is mourned by his family and friends
