Removing membership
To remove yourself from the site, login and click on the My Profile link on the left side of your page under the profile photo. On the page that follows you will be able to delete your profile in the field at the bottom of the page.
Canceling billing subscription
To change to manual billing instead of automatic payment, please login and go to the "My Profile" page linked from the left hand side of your screen under where you would have a profile photo. On the page that follows you will see a field that says "Membership renewal type" and you will click on the highlighted blue link that says "(switch to manual)". On the confirmation page you simply need to click the "Yes, Proceed" button.
Why can't I login with my account?
You might need to enable cookies in your browser before you can log in. If you can't remember your password, you can use the password reset tool to solve this problem.
When I try to register it says my email address has already been used...
It is likely that you probably have already registered in the past (and forgotten). If this is true then you will be able to login with those details that you entered.
I can't remember my password, what now?
No problem... reset your password here.
My spouse and I have the same email address, how can we both register?
This site was set up to only allow one person per email address. You could consider setting up a free e-mail address for your spouse, with a service like Gmail, or Yahoo mail (for example).
How would I remove myself from this site?
To remove yourself from the site, log in and then click the "My Profile" in the left column below your profile picture. On the page which follows you need to scroll down to the bottom to find the membership cancellation option there.
How do I update my account or profile information?
To change any of your information, login and click the "My Profile" in the left column below your profile picture. On the page which follows you will find options to update your profile info and login details.
Where can I find Reunion details?
To find out if that information has been posted on our site, please login and click on either "Search Reunions" (the tab at the top of the page) or "Find your reunion" a button in the middle of the home page. On the page which opens you will see a list of Reunions that have given their details to the site. If it does not have any information posted on this page then either nothing is being planned yet or the event planners have not posted the information to our site as yet.
How can I post reunion details for my class?
Click this link. You will be able to post the info there.
How do I start planning a reunion?
Start by posting a message on your class wall, this is a good way to start a discussion with your classmates and to get their input.
I am searching for an old classmate, how can I find them?
Unfortunately we are not able to hand out personal information and don't have access to the school's database. If they have not registered on this site, then we can not help you find them.
How can I get transcripts?
We do not have access to your transcript. Please contact the school or school district for assistance with this.
How would I go about reducing the size of my photos?
There are various websites that offer a free photo resizing service. Try searching for one on Google.
How can I block another member from seeing or contacting me?
Once you're logged in, click on the "My Profile" link in the left menu. Then scroll down to the bottom of the Account Tools page to find the option to block other members.
Change email address
To edit your email address please login and click on the My Profile link on the left side of your screen under the profile photo. Then click on the My Information link on the left side of the new screen to open the desired page. Be sure to click on the Update button at the bottom right of the page to save your updates.
Change profile pic
To change your profile picture please go to "my photos" and browse to the large scale view of whichever photo you want to make your display photo, then click on "edit photo" button on that page. On the following page simply click "make display photo" link.
Change class
To change your class year, please log in and click on the "My Profile" link (located below the profile picture on the left side). Next, click the "My information" link. When you are in your profile you can edit your class year, just make sure to complete all required fields and scroll to the bottom to click "update" so that it saves all your information.
Edit profile
To edit your profile please login and click on the My Profile link on the left side of your screen under the profile photo. Then click on the My Information link on the left side of the new screen to open the desired page. Be sure to click on the Update button at the bottom right of the page to save your updates.
Edit reunion
Once you have logged in click on the My Reunions link located on the left side of your screen. Then click on the event you'd like to view and make changes to. In there, click on the "Admin" link to go to a page of administrative options. You will see a list of your options on the left side of the screen.
Name change
To edit your name please login and click on the My Profile link on the left side of your screen under the profile photo. Then click on the My Information link on the left side of the new screen to open the desired page. Be sure to click on the Update button at the bottom right of the page to save your updates.
Get notifications that I can't find
The reason for this issue may be because you have created two separate profiles in our system but are not logging into the profile that has these notifications/messages waiting for you. Please try different login information or both logging in options (A and B) to log into duplicate registrations.
