About Me	After graduation, attended VCU for mass communications. Worked briefly in media relations at Virginia Power, left for a reporter job at the Hanover Herald-Progress. Left for the Richmond Times-Dispatch where I covered Henrico County government and wrote a popular humor/traffic column, left for a P.R. job with Henrico County but hated it and left for a job with the Daytona Beach (Florida) News Journal, also ran a window sales and installation business on the side, which eventually did well enough to prompt my leaving the newspaper.
