• Noon-1:30 Set up and decorating. Please join us if you would like to help.
• 1:30-4:00 Come and go as you please - catch up with friends, enjoy the games, and check out the venue.
• 4:00 PM-10:30 PM – Enjoy a variety of food (menu below), soft drinks, draft and craft beer, and wine available for purchase from Camp Caylor. IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR ALCOHOL!
• 10:30 PM-11:00 PM – Clean up
COST:
There is NO COST to attend; however, we will accept donations to help defray the rent, which provides us with private wait staff, access to all games (darts, horseshoes, cornhole, giant Jenga, and more), and ample time to catch up with each other. Contact Cindy Jentho LeFebvre if you would like to donate or if you would like to help.
DRESS: Casual and comfortable. The covered pavilion has ceiling fans, but no A/C. Picnic tables will have umbrellas.
NOTE THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE END TIME - CAMP CAYLOR CLOSES AT 11PM DURING THE SUMMER SO WE NEED 1/2 HOUR FROM 10:30-11 TO CLEAN UP.

Main event on June 10, Fish Fry with beans & coleslaw – bring a side dish if you like. In addition, Friday, June 9, 7:30-9:30 p.m. Get-Together for Early Arrivals, City Park, old Teen Club parking lot. Bring lawn chairs and your own refreshments.Breakfast on Sunday for those interested.

Saturday the 14th we will have an afternoon event, 1-5 p.m. at Maks Family Fun and Event Center. Later, we have a social again at Daves with music and food."
